In my last post, I mentioned that I recently went to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Right now, they have a special jellyfish exhibit going on so I figured I’d start processing the 800+ photos (down from 1350 already, making progress!) there. SO here’s three different species of incredibly cool jellyfish– the hairy jelly (Spirocodon saltatrix), the comb jelly (Mnemiopsis leidyi) and the blue blubber jelly (most of which were actually white, Catostylus mosaicus). These three were the hardest ones to photograph due to dark exhibits and curved thick glass, but amazingly (and with a bit of work in the Lightroom) there were some really good shots!
